I joined quite a while ago and they mail you beautiful letters, holy cards, pamphlets, and bulletins along with the decade of the Rosary you are assigned to pray. I was assigned the Fifth Sorrowful Mystery, the Crucifixion. One thing I love is how dedicated this apostolate is. The language they use isn't the flowery language you hear from some pulpits today; it's "Pray for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary,"  "Pray for the conversion of schismatics, heretics, and infidels," etc. That sort of thing. They also promote devotion to St. Philomena.

It's similar in purpose to the Rosary Confraternity, which I also joined a while back, except you pray a decade every day instead of the entire Rosary each week.
