John Paul
Its how I have psalm 4 and some of psalm 91 memorized. I love the tunes. New Melleray no longer sings Compline the way they do on their recording. Swan Song Yesterday’s Compline marked the end of an era. We ended our day and our singing of a version of Compline that this community has prayed every night for nearly 40 years. Tonight we begin praying a new setting of Compline. We have new hymns, new chant settings for the traditional Compline Psalms 4 and 90, a sung Canticle of Simeon, and three versions of the Salve Regina to use based on the degree of solemnity of the day. You are welcome to join us 7:30pm any/every evening to experience our “new” Compline prayer. http://newmelleray.org/Swan-Song
