New Position

I've applied for another position at work, one that I'm well qualified to do and have done similar at another institution in the past.  It's Supervisory in type, but higher.  However, they have posted it now 4 times, no contact or interview.  Reason is: not that many people applied.  I do have support of folks with titled positions, some say it's 'politics'.  I've been praying about it.  If I get it, great, If I don't great.  Please join me in praying and asking the Lord for guidance and trusting His will.
