CatherineM
The first thing that told me I was no longer in the US on my first trip to Canada was buying a diet Coke in the 7-11. When handed my change, I started looking for the milk jug. Every convenience store in the US has one for someone with cancer or who needs a transplant. It's rare to see one here. Clerk looked at me like I had a screw loose.

Nihil Obstat
Money is just, like, a social construct man. Everything is free at a cosmic level, even money.

Anastasia13
Health insurance costs as much as it does among other reasons because chemo can be 14k a month and a brainsurgery with radiation easily costs over 100k with specialists, specialized training, and technology.
