truthfinder
Lovely. I'm always struck by how many opportunities God gives us to be attuned to His will, and how He keeps making overtures to us.
Guest
What an inspiring saint. I love to the ways The Lord raises to the altars of The Church saints of all kinds, all types......all everythings. It does give one encouragement especially when one feels one should drop the bundle and just give up - with holiness as the most hopeless of quests. Saints like Hyacintha is a reminder that no one at all is beyond the Grace of God and that astounding Graces can be gifted at any time and anywhere..........to any person. Excellent sharing, DA! Thank you. Edited January 30, 2017 by BarbaraTherese
Maggyie
Hyacintha and God definitely made the absolute best of things, but I'm so sad for her that in her day the Church allowed convents to be used as prisons for difficult or "extra" women. What a blessing that this abuse is no longer common.
