Age Pension & Rent problem

Please say a prayer that I can eventually sort out the government welfare authority re my age pension.  They have dropped my age pension from $600 f/n to $300 f/n - my rent has been increased from $103week to $257 week.  No idea why and to date, I have been unable to find out why.  Public Holiday here tomorrow, Australia Day.  I will try again Friday.  Thanks heaps.  Deo Gratius.
