Acceptance to Grad School

I have applied to a grad school that has both the program that I was looking for (which my alma mater discontinued, sadly) and has online classes which makes studying much more flexible with my full-time job.  I sent in all my application materials, but I am waiting on one more transcript and my 2 references to write their letters thru the online application.  I already talked to the enrollment advisor, which is required, and she said my personal statement of purpose was very strong and she doesn't see any reason why I won't be admitted for the program since my GPA at graduation was 3.80 with highest honors.  Since I gave my references until the end of January to complete the letters, she said it would probably be either early or mid February by the time they make a decision unless the references are completed earlier.  Please say some prayers that I get into this program.  It's only 1 of a few schools in the country that are recognized highly AND was recommended to me by my undergraduate professor.  I have another school in mind but they require 3 references and I do not have anyone else to ask, unfortunately, whose judgement and statement I trust.
