Apartment Hunting Again...

I just found out today that the apartment I was waiting on to come available next month has new management and they raised the rent $119 more than it was before so it's way out of my budget. I had been waiting for the complex to finish renovating under the former management (that were only managers for a year; bad news).  I took a tour of it in September and LOVED it and was already starting to plan how I was going to decorate.  I was told I was on the top of the waiting list after submitting an application.  Now, I have to start the search all over again. Thankfully, I did not pay a deposit or an application fee, but I am very depressed about this news.  I have been wanting to move to my very own place for some time now but it seems it may not happen until after the new year.  Please say some prayers that I can find a place soon.  I have another complex in mind, but their rental fee seems to fluctuate and it may be out of my budget, too.
