In all honesty, I think when dealing with a real pastoral situation involving a raped woman, her medical and emotional needs will probably come before worrying about the spiritual implications. The condom hypo had come up before in Catholic circles and frankly, considering how often the victim and perp know each other, I can see how it might be applicable.
