Need to sell house

Friend's parents (same friend as last post) desperately need to sell their previous house in another state and have been trying to do so for the last ten years but with no luck, the property market plummeting to less than half the original price in the last ten years. They have tried everything, from the best real estate companies to burying a statue of St Joseph in the yard... With 12 kids, paying rent and having a house that is bringing in nothing and is even costing them more, it has been so difficult. To make things worse, they had a buyer lined up but something messed up on the buyers part at the last moment... bitterly disappointing after years of effort. It has been an enormous load of financial, emotional and mental strain and the family has never had it easy financially.

Please implore the Holy Family to let it sell quickly as they can't take much more strain. God's got it in His perfect timing, so also ask that that they can be strong enough to bear it till the right moment.
