Video embedding 404 error

Is anyone else having the problem where when you embed a video into a post, it fails and gives you a 404 error? Is this something I'm doing wrong?

I THINK - I don't know, but I THINK - you have to click on the "Insert other media" button at the bottom right of the text box. That way, the link is pasted in; when you click on it, it takes you to another window where the video is played, but it's not using up Phatmass band width.

Give it a try and see if it works.

Hm, no, that didn't work.

the thing is, when I just copy a YouTube URL into the comment box, it automatically embeds in the comment. The problem is that when I hit submit, it gives me a 404 error unless I go back and click the option to only show the link and not the embedded video.

I'm having the same problem. It's a 403 error, though.
