Quasar
Hello All, I wanted to post about a community that is near and dear to my heart, the Poor Clare nuns in Minneapolis, MN. I first met this community when I was in High School, completing a school project on cloistered nuns. I was a Protestant at the time, and I credit these ladies with inspiring my entrance into the Catholic Church. Their community is one where once you pass the door step, you know you've entered an other-worldly place. They are a beautiful community and lovely souls. They are also very warm and accessible, for a cloistered community. If you have a chance to join them for prayer, they are worth the trip! http://www.poorclaresminneapolis.org/
Nunsuch
I believe they figure in the early pages of Patricia Hampl's amazing book, "Virgin Time." If you haven't read that, you should. Thank you for posting this.
