Room for rent

I don't know if this is the right place to post this kind of thing, but I am wanting to rent out my spare room.  I live in the Kansas City 'burb of Overland Park and am looking for a female housemate, mostly because I live alone and miss having other people around and would like a little extra income to put towards projects and paying off the house faster.  The room itself is pretty big and is totally empty although there is a dresser that is available, there is an additional empty closet in the hall, a car space in the garage, washer and dryer, wifi, and all the normal household kitchen/ living area things.  I live here alone with a cat and am open to pets.  I'm asking $400/ month everything included.  Thought I'd post here before braving the crazies on Craigslist!

Why don't you advertise in parish bulletins and whatnot before going on Craig's List? Craig's List is indeed crazy...
