French Examination of Conscience?

Does anyone have an examination of conscience in French? The more 'traditional'/detailed the better.  I'll probably only be able to confess in French for the next couple months, and I would like an examination of conscience so that I can actually figure out the vocabulary of confessing.

It's quite the same, the second one may be more easy to understand. First one is from a FSSP website, second one is the examination of conscience given at the Chartres Pilgrimages. They follow the traditionnal pattern (Ten Commandments, Commandments of the Church, Seven deadly sins, etc...).
