Anastasia
CoffeeCatholic I do not know what to say. You need all support you can get and I do hope you have people around you who truly care. You must NOT go through it on your own. There is a resource which I find very helpful: Affair Recovery Survivors Blog. The author is a Protestant pastor who himself committed the adultery but then managed to rebuild his marriage. I find him to be very good, especially because he explains the psyche of one who betrayed, from his own experience. He speaks of both the adulterer and a wronged spouse. Speaking from my experience of various traumas, the most important for you now is not to deal with this by yourself. I am sorry! I did not look at the date of the initial post - 2016 and wrote after something that appears to be a scam (apologies if I am wrong).
