If you subscribe to CathNews (service of Church Resources) http://cathnews.com/cathnews-newsletter-subscription, the subscription does include a U Tube Daily Mass video for the day (my subscription email usually arrives around 10am or so approx)..........as well as some news articles and other interesting bits and pieces.

There is also a link :  9.30am Daily Mass streamed live from Aust. Diocese Broken Bay, Our Lady of The Rosary Cathedral, Waitara - Adoration and Benediction following 9.30am Mass on Saturdays.

If one is unable to get to Mass during weekday Masses, the above are alternatives, including Adoration and Benediction on Saturdays.  One could include a spiritual communion during Holy Communion:

The Daily Mass video is actually coming to me through U Tube and subscription is here https://www.youtube.com/user/cathnews in right hand margin.  Truth of the matter is that the email arrives while I am unsure of how on earth I actually did subscribe, but it seems to me one can do so on the youtube link aforementioned.
