That is a bit trickier. I thought you wanted something connected to 'verbum' rather than rex. I can't think of anything suitable involving a dog. Most Scripture and saint quotations about dogs seem to be unflattering to the dog, and the ones that aren't sound clumsy in Latin and are difficult to tie to preaching. The closest thing I can think of is the opening word of the Easter Sunday introit - Resurrexi, 'I am risen' - which perhaps you could treat as a pun on the dog's name? The full text of the introit seems related to preaching, specifically, "Your wisdom has been shown to be most wonderful, alleluia."
Gabriela
My top choice was PraediCanes, playing with praedicare and Dominicanes, but that got vetoed as "bad Latin". I don't see how a pun is "bad Latin", but whatevaz. So the dog connection doesn't have to be "Rex", although that's probably the easiest way to tie him in. I've been trying to think of something with fido too... got nuthin in that regard. And yes, Nihil, Rex Iudaeorum would be a bit... misleading... for a Catholic preaching initiative! Resurrexi is an interesting one... I'm going to add that to my list for consideration/comparison. Thanks, beatitude!

If you really want a pun and you don't mind a quasi-English name, Preaching Praedicarments is surely the best (worst) pun going for a site on preaching resources. No dog reference, though. (On the other hand, I will totally save that for "smaller" use elsewhere...) 1 hour ago, Nihil Obstat said: Rex Mundi? Thought of that one. It's on the list. We also added today: Rex Veritatis Verbum Fido Veritatis Fido Any grammar corrections and/or opinions on those are very welcome and much appreciated!
