Makarioi Posted April 9, 2016 Share Posted April 9, 2016 No insult intended or disrespect to the cultures where tattooing has been acceptable for eons.....I remember my parents talking about the circus and folks going to the 'freak show' where you'd go to see the Tattooed Lady. People who had tats were hooligans and if you worked in a 'respectful' career, the tats had to be covered.
