No, no, no, we're not a bunch of arm waving high strung woo woos.  We do it when the the priest is blessing and praying over a couple married for ages, a blessing when someone is going off to college and the whole community shows support--We sing: 'send forth, send forth, send forth with the love of the Lord.  By the grace of St. Stephen's great courage and faith, send forth with the love of the Lord.'
