Next to our Lord are what appears to be rocks (Other than Peter and JPII), so maybe it's holy smoke?

You can't really tell in the photo, but everyone's heads are radically different sizes. Plus they redid the face of the Pipe, it was originally Paul VI, it's kind of JPII now. They just stop changing it after him. the problem however is that it replaced something much better, or so I'm told. Basically no one loves it, few really hate it, most have a mild distaste, so it stays.

Our parish has something none of you North Americans can possibl say : it was destroyed by nazis bomb (we have another church on the parish... built in the 60's. I'm not posting pictures because it's hideous and very protestant. I'm in denial that this church even exist.)

PhuturePriest
I'm going to Mass in an hour, so I'll take pictures of the parish.
PhuturePriest
I couldn't take the ones I wanted and these aren't very good since people were looking at me weird and I had to take them quickly, but here they are. The parish is dedicated to Saint Patrick, which you can see below. There are lots of beautiful stained glass windows of apostles and such, but I couldn't take pictures of them since the light was too bright and you couldn't see them anyway. He is Risen!
On the website? Yes, it's tiny. I'm usually there about 5-10 min before mass starts and on a regular Sunday there is often no obvious place to sit. Then the usher comes and wedges me into the end of a pew and I get to make a new friend, lol. It would probably be less crowded at the 7AM or 9AM but I like the 11:30 high Mass with the choir. Holidays are packed, go way early and wear comfortable shoes just in case you end up standing in the back!
