For my dying grandmother

My grandmother is in her final days. This weekend she received viaticum, as the doctors thought she might not live another day, but somehow she still hangs on. She is 93, and is now in palliative care. She has been a pious Catholic her entire life and in every way an exemplary mother and grandmother, but is afraid to die and let go of the world and the people she knows and loves. Please pray for the Lord to give her strength to trust in him and let go.
