Do you have specials reading for Lent ?

I have :
"The thing : Why I am catholic" by G.K Chesterton
A book by Anselm Grün

And for my "mundane" reading, I choose to focus on "serious" writers : Bernanos, or famous historians such as Jacques Le Goff or Fernand Braudel.

And I'm also taking a course in my Parish on the Eucharist and we're required to read a book called A Biblical Walk through the Mass. Very excited

Introduction to the Devout Life by St Francis de Sales.

The Church of Mercy by Pope Francis.

I will also be doing lectio divina with the Mass readings each day.

Spem in alium

I am also doing lectio divina with the Mass readings for each day, and am reading St Francis de Sales' Treatise on the Love of God. I generally also look through Mother Mary Francis' Anima Christi, particularly at Holy Week.
