Thijs
As the Year of Consecrated Life is about to end and the Year of Mercy about to start also the Lenten season, I would like to share this inspiration.I would like to offer if we could offer some mortifications and prayers for those faithful communities who are struggling to get some vocations. I am praying daily Memorares, the Consecration of Wine and the 3rd mystery of my daily rosary to these communities; Sisters of St Rita, Franciscans Handmaids of the Most Pure Heart of Mary, All Saints Sisters of the Poor and Sisters of our Mother of Divine Grace. Even those who are discerning to communities who have enough vocations we may offer some personal prayers for those who needed one as well (aside from praying for the faithfulness of the vocation of these communities who receives plenty). We may have some specific communities that we can pray for until God willing, maybe starting to receive one as well. Offering some inconvenience of the day, some sickness we may have now for them maybe a great start for a new life for them. Any communities will do. DominicanHeart
The Little Sisters of the Poor definitely need prayers since they have to go to court soon
sr.christinaosf
I would selfishly ask for prayers. I have been planning on attending a youth retreat for my home parish since last April and transportation just doesn't seem to be working out!
