Prayer Intentions for Lent

I had an idea for intercessory prayer during Lent, if other people here would like to join in. You post an intention in this thread, and the person posting after you will take your intention and pray for you throughout their Lent. Then they post their intentions, which the person after them will commit to praying for, and so on.

My intentions are for the teenagers I'm working with in the psychiatric intensive care unit, especially those who struggle to trust adults and to build up meaningful relationships with them (and of these, special prayers are needed for a sixteen-year-old girl, J). Pray for all the staff, that we can help the kids to trust and to recover. Finally I need prayers for myself to grow in my vocation and to be patient and prudent.

That during the 40 Days for Life campaign, hearts will be changed and moved, and babies will be spared.

 

I also need prayers for myself as well.
