Al Qaeda Would Work Cooperatively With The Gov

It's funny, and yet very sad that most of the media does not want you to know the following.... The following was also mentioned in the NY Times in 1998.

Inconvenient FactsThe staff's back-of-the-hand summary also strangely elides mention of another significant matter — but one that did not escape the attention of Commissioner Fred Fielding, who raised it with a panel of law-enforcement witnesses right after noting the staff's conclusion that there was "no credible evidence" of cooperation. It is the little-discussed original indictment of bin Laden, obtained by the Justice Department in spring 1998 — several weeks before the embassy bombings and at a time when the government thought it would be prudent to have charges filed in the event an opportunity arose overseas to apprehend bin Laden. Paragraph 4 of that very short indictment reads:

Al Qaeda also forged alliances with the National Islamic Front in the Sudan and with the government of Iran and its associated terrorist group Hezballah for the purpose of working together against their perceived common enemies in the West, particularly the United States. In addition, al Qaeda reached an understanding with the government of Iraq that al Qaeda would not work against that government and that on particular projects, specifically including weapons development, al Qaeda would work cooperatively with the Government of Iraq.

Thank God for Bush... a libral democrat did nothing, and would do nothing... maybe even give in to terrorism... as they have with communists.

Yep, that was Al-Qeida's policy as of 1993 I believe. That's one reason why I think it's absurd to say Saddam had no ties to terror.

Yes.

Not only did Saddam have ties to terror, he would give $10,000-$25,000 to terrorists families if they died as suicide bombers. Of course the liberals don't want you to know that either.

Now, if a man is giving that much money away for someone dying by blowing themselves up, he will be funding the terrorist acts. To deny it because of no proof would be foolish. The man believed in the cause, therefore he would support it in ways that would not be open to the public.

Imagine you're a muslim and dirt poor in a third world country and if you died for a Jihad, you would have 70 virgins in Heaven, and your family would receive a small fortune... It makes sense to die in the Jihad. The only Jihad is against Jews and Americans. Infidels.
