IgnatiusofLoyola
Am I going to be banned for not planning to see the new Star Wars movie? If so, can I plead exemption under the ADA? I also have a cat who has a face like Yoda and a body like Jabba the Hut, so I have not rejected Star Wars completely. I know that the policy of Phatmass is to be respectful of non-Catholics (well, as long as they don't behave like jerks). Does the same policy apply to those who are not Star Wars fans? veritasluxmea
If anyone is interested in avoiding spoilers, there's an extension called Force Blocker which will warn you https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/force-block-the-star-wars/bplpphlobgcnjhoglonpnkooaaenlmol?hl=en It's a little sensitive but really helpful. I'm also going dark on reddit, facebook and the like. Hopefully I'll see the movie sometime before January, every theater in my town has sold out tickets for every showing straight though this week Edited December 19, 2015 by veritasluxmea
IgnatiusofLoyola
I hope that the Force Blocker is strong for you. When I was deliberately looking for spoilers (kind of like reading the Cliff Notes rather than reading the book), my search turned up at least one site that had a MAJOR spoiler right in the title of the article, so it would be impossible to avoid if that web site came up in a search. Most sites were very respectful and warned readers several times before giving out spoilers--I thought it was really rude to put a spoiler in the title itself. veritasluxmea
every time I click this thread it warns me. It's super sensitive- if there's a spoiler somewhere on the screen, when it loads it will black out the page and give you an option to leave
NadaTeTurbe
I saw it. It was really cool and now I want to fly :D (once a friend told me, "May the force be with you". Answer : "And also with your spirit".)

It was the first time I had ever raised my voice at him. I think he was quite surprised at my sudden show of passion. PhuturePriest
Interstellar is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. However, I am planning to see The Force Awakens in about a week, and I'm pretty pumped.
