Sister Leticia
15 hours ago, beatitude said: I think she means the Passionist nuns, who are contemplative and monastic. They used to have one monastery in England, but I don't think it exists any more. The Sisters of the Cross and Passion would be good for anyone who is drawn to Passionist spirituality as lived out in an apostolic community. At the beginning I assumed November was referring to the enclosed Passionists, but then I saw that in another thread she indicated a desire for apostolic life so I thought she must mean the Cross and Passion sisters. But November can tell us what she feels called to! 6 hours ago, MarysLittleFlower said: The Passionists were started by St Paul of the Cross... I think that's a different order than the Cross and Passion Sisters MLF - the Cross and Passion sisters are part of the Passionist family, their foundress was very influenced by Passionist priests, they trace their heritage back to St Paul of the Cross, and the sisters wear the same Passionist sign as the rest of the family.
