Apparently a report earlier this year called Venezuela the most weaponized place in the world. It's capital has been first on a list of most dangerous capital cities, second on a list of most dangerous cities, and has multiple cities on similar dangerous cities list. Another article quotes someone as not caring about right and wrong but about who saw them and how to keep those people silent. Seems like this place needs prayer and a strong work of the Holy Spirit to clear things out and transform people/places.
