katherineH
PhatMass friends, I decided to write my thesis on the information-seeking behavior of women discerning religious life! After spending so much time on PhatMass and similar sites, I felt like this was a relevant topic and worth exploring. If you are a woman discerning religious life and you would like to participate, here is the link: https://ousurvey.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_6JrNxtZKuRVmWUt The survey is open to women between the ages of 13 and 18 but requires parental consent, so be sure to read the instructions on the first page. Individuals under the age of 13 may not participate. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you will have to put in your parent/legal guardian’s e-mail address, and then a skip logic will take you to the end of the survey. I will then e-mail your parent to get consent, and then e-mail them the link a survey for minors to be shared with you Thanks for your participation and support! And feel free to share with anyone you think might be interested. Katherine Edited November 7, 2015 by katherineH
Gabriela
Wait. So, can women who are over the age of 18 take the survey?

Spem in alium
I'll take the survey. I have already entered a community as a candidate, but am of course still discerning -- as we do all throughout life! I've had a very interesting discernment process and really was (and still am in some ways) an information-seeker. AuthorOfMyLife
Nice survey! I thought it was very well written (compared to many surveys I've taken, where you sit there pondering what the heck they are asking!). I took it and I will be interested in the results! Mags
I just completed the survey, I thought that the questions were well thought out, and in plain English!! I look forward to seeing the results.
katherineH
Just wanted to bump this thread up again as I'll be closing the survey within the next two weeks, so if you want to participate now is the time! Thanks to all that have already participated, I have about 80 responses so far.
