Kateri89
Have any of you heard of this chapel? It's in Pittsburgh, PA and it contains the largest amount of relics (somewhere around 5,000) outside of the Vatican. I'm asking because I grew up in Pittsburgh and never knew anything about it. Anyway, since today is All Saints Day I decided to make a trip there and it was absolutely worth it. First of all, the choir was practicing in the balcony when I got there and they sounded heavenly. Secondly, a group of the Franciscan Sisters TOR were there so I got to meet some of them! Here is a picture of the interior of the chapel and I will link to the website at the bottom of the post. If you ever get a chance to visit, I promise it's worth it. Also, the chapel is in need of repairs and since it is a private chapel, it requires donations since the diocese does not provide funds for that. If you have the ability to donate that would be wonderful and if you are unable to, prayers are equally appreciated. Charbel
That is a very beautiful chapel, I really like how the Stations of the Cross are actual statues. It feels more lifelike and can inspire good meditation. I'd love to go there.
