Explain your avatar

Mine was made for me by a friend who no longer posts here, it's based on my household at Frannie U, Servants of the Savior. I like it, but more importantly I keep it to remember the person who made it for me.

I miss him so much. :(

Coincidences...destiny or something more, but sometimes need to reveal ourselves, and maybe the best thing to introduce myself to talk about the avatar. I was thinking about many times how could I start, because I am not a native English speaker. I'm Hungarian but I lived 3 years in the UK and I guess the best thing to talk or at least write and read day by day in the themes we prefer. And the Christianity is the most common interest and connection with the conservative and more morally world to me. I've got a strong motivation from my childhood by my Roman Catholic milieu. But an another hand my avatar is shows my costume (one of my hobby is the cosplaying) a dragon nun, and may it can be very sensitive part for everyones from the community, without the sense of humour or flexibility. Never guide or lead me to hurt or satirise anyone else's faith (mostly as a believer). The experiences and the way how I have learnt to express myself result to create this form...To merge the symbols of extremes as light and darkness, good and evil, yin and yang, the feelings we get thru our lifetime...and for me it has generated an elegant and androgynous form. If anyone ask me I can change immediately and please take my apologise...but I've seen a treasury of colourful avatars I guess I come with something original...Also I am a silent member (I need to force myself to be more active) and I can really enjoy to read the others thoughts, and sorry for my mistakes both grammar, and the attitude. I felt I need to join and to be here and more sites like this because the world change...We must show more tolerance and strength than whenever before...

I'm from Argentina, my culture has nothing to do with Catholic young people who celebrate Holy week in Spain as Penitents, better known as Nazarenos. They are good people who feel on their own the grace of Virgin Mary, who used a white mantle representing purity and inocense wtih azur tunic for wisdom and pacience. The Capirote means we are the same under the eyes of our Lord, as sons of him.
I'm indentified with a virtue called "Humillity", and a great devotion to Our Beloved Mother, Virign Mary. That is why I have choosen the oufit wore by the brotherhood and confraternty of Nazarenes of Our Lord Jesus of the Humillity given by Sanedrin and Holy Mary of the Sweet Name. So, as Jesus Said I came to serve and do not be served.

I like your avatar. Although the whales are not the same size or it looks like one is further back it reminds me a bit of yin and yang.

Yeah I think that was the artist's inspiration for the graphic, and the small one is a baby. I have a much larger picture of it saved to my computer. Thanks

Could think it has a franciscan meaning of peace showing a mother protecting her baby making the perfect balance.

Is it possible to rotate the avatar so it's not sideway. The cover picture lets you rotate but I don't see option for the avatar.

Seth Rogan's character in his new movie The Night Before which I went and saw twice because it was that good. Although many will find this flick very offensive. On the up side it is a very pro-life movie. And hilarious.

Is that a picture of you (sideways)?
