Hopeful for Job Offer

I am 1.5 months from completing my internship and I am quickly building a rapport with the managers and employees.  I am making it known, as well, that I really want to stay with the company - hopefully, at the same building - when I graduate.  If nothing else, I will definitely need a great reference since it will be my first job out of college.  Please say some prayers that I continue to impress and I am offered a job at the end.  I am working hard on creating a lasting impression - both mental and physical since I am very friendly to everyone and I don't shy away from tasks I am assigned (even the most "menial" tasks).  I want to work my way up to becoming the executive director of one of the communities, so I would like to start in a management role, but I may have to work in a supportive role for a while.  I appreciate your prayers.
