Luigi
This has not-a-lot to do with the World Series except to the extent that the Cubs, once again, are not involved. It's a talkin' blues called "A Dying Cub Fan's Last Request" (6:14) by Steve Goodman, the late great Chicago singer-songwriter. Goodman died of leukemia in 1984. I don't know if he was actively dying when he wrote and performed this song or not, but it's likely. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xBxZGQ1dJk

Luigi
I would like to have seen the Cubs win the World Series. I didn't expect them to, but I would have liked to. If they're ever going to do it, it should happen in my lifetime...
