Surgery and Car Issues

Just when I thought I had things mostly under control, I find out I need to have cataract surgery on both my eyes.  I didn't freak out as I was going to have enough time to get together the more than $2,000 for the surgeries (my portion of the bill).  Now I am having problems with my car which, depending on what they find wrong, may require the money I had set aside for my surgery. I would then have to postpone my surgery until next year.   

I ask for your prayers that I can make it through this latest trial and have a functioning car...and be able to see...at the end of it.
