Didacus
I am the first to reply to this thread. I don't know who those saints are, but I still love JP the Great! Edited October 9, 2015 by Didacus I wanted to edit my post
Amppax
At first I thought Mother Cabrini, but I don't think that's correct.

Era Might
On the right looks like the Evangelists.
Nihil Obstat
On the right looks like the Evangelists. The right side would be seraphim. The folded wings are telling. There would be six of them if you could see in higher resolution.
Luigi
That's St. Philippine Duchesne, rscj. He canonized her on July 3, 1988. Born in France, among the first women to join the rscj's, came to America (in an area that was not yet the United States) in 1818, died in 1853. Look her up. She's alright! My guess is that the photo is from John Paul's 1999 visit to the States. He was probably presented with that stole when he was in St. Louis - Vincent DePaul and Philippine Duchesne are co-patrons of the archdiocese. He is Risen!
We have a statue of her in our church. My guess is St. Rose Philippe Duchene, unless it is another saint that is also from her order.
Era Might
The right side would be seraphim. The folded wings are telling. There would be six of them if you could see in higher resolution. Could be, thought it might be the Evangelists (St. Matthew as the winged man/angel). Too bad can't see the figure below him, if it's another angel or another Evangelist (all are depicted with wings). I imagine there are more saints on the left too.
truthfinder
The sister could also be St. Sophie Barrat
NadaTeTurbe
And Luigi was right ! I was able to google it, and it was the stole that St John Paul had when he was in St Louis in 1999 !
