If you don't get any responses, you could always try seeing if there are faculty associations/unions.  Sometimes they will publish their pay scales or collective agreements online, and I've been able to find the numbers that way.

I don't know of any specifically Catholic faculty associations/unions. Some adjuncts who work at Catholic universities are unionized, but that doesn't help me. I'm looking to gauge what the average new hire (with a PhD) at a Catholic university or college makes. I don't think that info is published anywhere. If it is, please provide a link!

Try Glassdoor, maybe search for some universities, it's like Yelp for jobs, people leave reviews of companies and they usually show average salaries.

This was helpful. A lot of Catholic university faculty don't bother to post their salaries, but Notre Dame had quite a lot, and Franciscan had some. Plus Marquette and Maryville. Thanks very much for this!
