Stress at Work

I started a new job back in February and I went full time in June.  At first everything was great and I couldn't wait to get to work each morning.  Now that I am full time, things have changed and are a lot more stressful.  My boss who was so funny and helpful is very aloof and give one-word answers.  I know she is under stress as well, but I'm not sure why she is taking it out on me.  Please pray that my work situation gets less stressful and that things will improve.  Thank you!
