Coworker Shattered Knee and My Unhelpful Doctor Appointment

My much older coworker shattered her knee the other day tripping on a grape. (We work in a grocery store.) She lives 3 hours away and her husband is disabled. She'll be gone for at least 3 months.

On another note, I had a doctor's appointment where my physician just didn't know what is wrong with me. I've had difficulty urinating at night for over a month. I feel like I have to go but can't I stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. The first 2 times that I saw her, bacteria was found in my urine and I got antibiotics. This 3rd time however, so far they haven't found anything. I  was told to drink EVEN MORE water. 

When I told my doctor about my hot flashes and increased appetite, she didn't know what to do. None of my medications have those sideaffects. I'm in my twenties, so if I'm going through menopause, then that's a problem. She didn't refer me to a specialist or anything.
