MarysLittleFlower
could someone explain the photograph with her mother, the bars ? is it a purposeful separation ? Congratulations to her and her community as well for a new member. May God continue to bless them all. its a cloistered order so they're behind the grille - the bars. People from outside talk through it. Its to separate the nuns from the world so they devote themselves more to contemplation. Not all orders are cloistered but Carmelites, Poor Clares etc are
superblue
It is nice to see that there are orders out there that still wear actual full habits, here in the states, they're hardly any that do.
AveMariaPurissima
By the way what order is this? I'd be interested in knowing... I thought it was Carmelites but then I see they have the St Francis cross so are they Poor Clare's? I thought they were Carmelites at first too, but then I noticed that the Sisters are wearing the Franciscan cord, so I'm thinking they're Poor Clares. She is sooooo beautiful!!
