HopefulHeart
With my new school schedule, I've been using public transportation much more than I did in the past. As you can imagine, I encounter quite a wide range of persons on the bus. Riding the bus recently brought to mind the movie It Happened One Night, when Claudette Colbert meets Clark Gable, her eventual love interest, on a bus. As I remembered the scene, I realized that I have an opportunity to meet Jesus, the divine Lover, on the bus by recognizing Him in every person I encounter there. So on the bus today, I tried to see Jesus in the people around me, and I found that doing so made me feel closer to Him and to other individuals. I just thought I'd share how a romantic comedy suggested to me a way to practice charity.

NadaTeTurbe
Every time I'm on the bus or tramway, I pray the Sacred Heart of Jesus to protect the people around me. Outside of the prayer in itself, I feel better when I came in class after a time of prayer, instead of a time of listening to music and reading. I am relaxed, and closer to Jesus during the day. It really helps me to have a good day in school.
Gabriela
I find the bus also conduces to great growth in charity, as well as to praying more!
