theculturewarrior
Hey, somebody needs to organize a TV boycott. But how to go about it? With commercials? AGGH
Thy Geekdom Come
I'd be willing to watch only EWTN and FOXNews.

voiciblanche
I boycott a few channels... but not all... I'd be willing to do it though.
crusader1234
Its an interesting idea, but I'd miss TV... actually not really. I dont watch much other than movies and Canadian Idol... count me in?
voiciblanche
If Micah gets to keep EWTN and FOX News, can I keep EWTN and The N?

voiciblanche
Can we make a boycott list? Or are we boycotting TV altogether? I would prefer a boycott list. Or we could each pick one TV channel (besides EWTN, of course) or something like that. Oxygen would DEFINITELY go on a boycott list. I dunno if you've ever noticed, but half their shows are about sex. And I don't mean placing a heavy emphasis on sex, I mean, the topic of the show is sex... I don't watch this stuff, but I'll see the names of the shows when I'm going through the on-screen guide thing. It's like two channels away from some channels I watch, and I see the names of the shows... yuck, yuck, yuck.
voiciblanche
Yo, yo, I'm not up on or down with yo modern jargon! Whatz the N? lol...I like making fun of modern speech...
I don't talk like that. Just so you know, lol. The N is a sub-Nickelodeon channel. It's "Noggin" in the mornings until about four or five in the afternoon, with shows for small children (like four or five.) It then becomes "The N" from about five in the afternoon to five in the morning, with shows for tweeny kids named Amber. But I only watch one, which is Degrassi. It's a Canadian show and I like it so much... that would be a big sacrifice if I couldn't watch it anymore. -_-

Paladin D
I guess I'm already boycotting, I rarely watch TV. If I do, it's usually news channels, AMC, or the weather channel (I watch EWTN on the net).
cmotherofpirl
I saw an excellent biography of the Pope on the International hostory channel one day, so I guess we could keep that one.
