Can you explain what is meant by the terms "Sacred Heart of Jesus" and "Immaculate Heart of Mary"? Are they literal? And why the difference between "sacred" and "immaculate"?

I was watching EWTN and they had a program on one of the Marian apparitions (Fatima?) and the narrator said something about the message being that people had to be devoted to the "Immaculate Heart of Mary"...the way it was phrased (unfortunately, I can't now specifically remember) made it sound like it was "all about Mary", and not that Mary was "pointing the way to Jesus", which is what I usually hear when people talk about her.

Can you address both paragraphs? Thanks! :)

The Sacred Heart of Jesus refers to the physical heart of Jesus as a sign and symbol of his immense love for all people for whom he accomplished the work of redemption.
The Immaculate Heart of Mary refers to the heart of Mary concentrating on her acceptance of the Angels message, thus the heart of Mary was Temple of the Holy Spirit.

The term Sacred is applied to divine, the term Immaculate is said of Mary who not divine was concieved immaculately.

The Feast of the Sacred Heart this year is 18th June with the Immaculate Heart being the following day 19th June.

The Holy Spirit made holy the Heart of Mary, we pray that all of us touched by this same Spirit have hearts like Mary and so come into more perfect discipleship of Jesus.
