How Do You Delete Some Personal Messages, But Not All of Them?

I feel like I should know this by now, but I can't figure out how to delete individual personal messages using the new software.

I found the way to empty my entire mailbox, but I'd like to be able to keep some messages, and delete others, so that my mailbox doesn't get too full.

Thanks in advance!

1. Click on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of this screen.

2. In the left-hand list of messages, click on one conversation you want to delete. (You can't delete specific messages in a conversation. You have to delete the whole conversation.)

3. Once the conversation is covering the right-hand 2/3rds of the screen, look to the right of the conversation title at the top of the conversation. In white, nearly invisible letters, you'll see the word "Message". Click it.

4. From the drop-down menu, click "Leave conversation". This deletes the conversation.

Thank-you! Now I have to go try this out......  I knew there HAD to be a way, or someone would have raised the issue before this. :)

Did it work out for you, Iggy?

Yes, it did. Thanks! I had a couple of messages that were "tests" when we were having problems with the PM system, and weren't really conversations that needed to be saved.

I wouldn't have been able to figure this out on my own. Once I knew the steps, it was easy, but the process wasn't obvious (at least to me). :idontknow: Thanks for the help!
