I know where I was Baptized but not quite sure of the name of the Church. I was Baptized outside of my Parish because my dad insisted on a certain Priest baptizing me. I'm going to have to look it up

If you know the city, it shouldn't be too hard to do a google search to figure out which Catholic parishes are in the area. If you have even a general idea of possible parishes where you might have been baptized, you can call those parishes to ask if they have your baptism recorded there.

Also, the parish were you were Confirmed should have a notation in their records of where you were baptized.

I know that it's not directly relevant, and I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I have been told that if I do join the community I had a live-in with, along with the baptismal and confirmation certificates, I would have to prove that I was single. How do you do that?!:idontknow: Any thoughts?

Ah, yes, excellent point about the parish of Confirmation having a notation of where you were baptized! :) For a while now I've been working in my parish office getting our Sacrament records up-to-date so I'm fairly familiar with how these records all work -- I don't know how I forgot to mention that part! *facepalm* ;)

Well, when you obtain a recent copy of your baptismal certificate, there will be a section for notifications about the other sacraments you have received.  In the section for matrimony, it would indicate that you've never been married (in which case it would say "No Notations" in that section), or if you were married and had an annulment, it would say that.
