Luigi
From the 1920's through the 1950's, Ferdinand Demara joined half a dozen religious orders. He also passed himself off as a psychologist, philosophy prof, a surgeon, and several other kinds of professional. Fairly long - but interesting - read. http://ncronline.org/news/people/brother-doctor-soldier-lies
AccountDeleted
I love this guy and can see myself in him very much. I have never done anything like what he has done, but that's because I don't have his photographic memory and self-confidence. I just love the idea though of being able to change into another person whenever one felt like it. Perhaps I should have been an actress though because it doesn't sound like his path was very productive in the long run! Thanks for sharing that. I am sure I saw the film, but I never read the true story behind it.
Luigi
He must be the reason that candidates have to get psychological evaluations these days before they can enter an order, don't you guess?
