sr.christinaosf Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 We're honoring our patron saint tomorrow with a celebration, for which I made cheesecakes (3 raspberry swirl and 3 peanut butter chocolate). We're afraid there might not be enough for very big servings. Someone had suggested a little ice cream on top. Would anyone here have any ideas for something. You could have ice-cream too - it may go okay with the peanut butter chocolate cake. What I would probably do, though, is have any additional things as options for those eating, rather than put on every slice of cake. That way, people can choose what they want. Happy Feast Day!
