Do You Have Legal/Non-Profit Experience?

Leonie's Longing, a Catholic ministry to women who have returned to the world after living in religious life, needs consultants/volunteers with legal and/or non-profit experience. Specifically, they are in need of:

• Answers to legal questions about charitable solicitations, especially from other states (Leonie's Longing is international, but based in Michigan)
• Answers to legal questions about international donations
• Answers to legal questions about use of PayPal by NPOs
• Review of the organization's legal documents, including: bylaws, articles of incorporation, confidentiality agreement, statement of purpose
• Completion and submission of 501c3 federal non-profit paperwork
• Help with annual filings, record keeping, etc.

I'd love to help, but won't have any time until the Fall.  I'm circuit riding through Saskatchewan signing books, and working on my Masters thesis.  If they still need help after September, let me know.  I can do all that stuff.
