Today a very close friend came to break some upsetting news to me. I'm devastated. I don't want to go into detail here, but I'm worried about what this means for our friendship and I'm frightened about how I will cope. Pray for everyone involved, especially me - I've been very fragile and low in mood lately, and this is the last straw (or more like the last spear, so it feels).
