For a Friend

A Muslim friend came with me to Palm Sunday Mass yesterday, at her request. It was her first time inside a church. She found the liturgy a bit difficult to follow, especially as the priest read the truncated form of the Gospel, which doesn't help when someone is unfamiliar with the Palm Sunday story. She had lots of questions at the end (and I don't think I answered them very well!) but she says she liked it and would like to come again on Easter. Please pray for her.

Also pray for her success in a scholarship application for university. She comes from a large family and is their main breadwinner at the moment, as she's the eldest and her parents don't make very much money from their little farm. She would not be able to complete her degree without full financial aid.
