anglefire
Just wondering I have noticed you use the word amesome. Does it also stand for the word awe some?
AccountDeleted
Yes. There are quite a few words on phatmass that are 'fil tered' and changed to something else.
IgnatiusofLoyola
The fil ters are primarily set up to prevent cuss words in posts (intentional or unintentional). A couple of them are silly, such as the fil ter for the word "pa nts." pantaloons The fil ters change sometimes depending on dUSt's mood. I think it was here on Phatmass (forgive me if it was another forum) when, during the "pirate craze," for a day or so the fil ters were set so that all posts converted to "pirate language." It was actually a lot of fun, although it was difficult to write serious posts. There also used to be a fil ter about tacos, but I don't know if it is still in effect. (We'll see when I make this post.) Later note: The taco fil ter appears to no longer be in effect. I've found that after 5 years here (my 5-year "anniversary" is in 5 days) I no longer notice the fiddlers (fil ters).

Didacus
awe.some means <some awe>. I would suppose that amesome would mean <some ame>... not sure what is meant by <ame>, but in french it means soul...

I would suppose that amesome would mean <some ame>... not sure what is meant by <ame>, but in french it means soul... That's very good! Because there is no way we can prove "amesome" was just random, I will assume dUSt was showing his deep knowlege of French when he created the "amesome" fiddler. The fiddler I used to like best is that if you wrote the word "tacos" (which we did a lot, for various reasons), the fiddler would add "so tasty and good for you." truthfinder
I don't think cheese or a prepared food made from milk curdled by the action of cultures work anymore. -Apparently yoghurt does still work
